Maven Nexus Repository compatibilities

• To sort problem with library in Maven V1 (legacy) repository, I installed my own nexus server locally. The files are in extra-nexus-lib.zip

• Change from com.sun.*.Base64 to org.apache.commons.codec.*.Base64
• Added new method signature for java.sql.* implementations with unsupportedmethodexcetpion
